Heeeyyyy, I'm  Qiuana "Queen" the founder and owner of Goss’Up Pasta. I am extremely passionate about food and good conversation. I am an experienced cook, cultivator, and self esteem booster.  I’m driven by people, and I take pride in providing  flavorful meals that tantalize your taste buds as well as soothes your soul. Goss’up Pasta is founded on, exceptional Service, Quality products, and merging communities and families together through food and conversations.  Our mission is to reintroduce families to the dinner table.  Here you learn each other, solve problems, and converse about dreams and aspirations.   With over 25 years in the food industry, I have gained knowledge in catering, restaurant management, and events.  My skills have taken me across the country to prepare meals for some amazing people. I enjoy teaching the younger generations the fine art of preparing meals. I believe this is a skill that is vital to the development of our youth.

Outside of cooking, you can find me out supporting my community, traveling, and enjoying my family.  Life is to be lived , and I believe in Living.
